PERSON CALLED TO REPORT HER DOG GOT A ELECTRICAL SHOCK, WHEN THE ANIMAL WENT TO THE BATHROOM ON THE LIGHT POLE. SACHEM AND WHITNEY; BACK SIDE OF PEABODY AT THE SACHEM ENTRANCE; THERE IS A PLACARD SAY CLASS OF 1954; ACROSS THE STREET IS A LIGHT POLE. wet mark is on it.
