Staff went to the property and there was no alarm sound (245pm).

Well, of course, there was no sound. It goes off after 20 minutes. Would you like to be subjected to this cacophony for 20 minutes non-stop? The only thing the city can do for its citizens is to have the owner of the property disarm the alarm. Why don't you do that? Why?

Please try to reword your report more strategically.

What on earth do you mean? It goes off from time to time and it lasts for 20 minutes. What more are we supposed to tell you? Get the thing disconnected, for heaven's sake. Or is the city so afraid of Mr. Hill that it dare not confront him.

I'm sure our city wants to help you in any way they can. My last comment was only to inform you that you didn't provide any information that the alarm was sounding with any periodicity (from time to time).

The way you worded your reported issue indicated the alarm was continuously sounding. When LCI went to the reported address, there was no alarm sounding. That's why the issue was closed.
