This was closed in error by staff.

The property is being finned under the anti-blight ordinance. A demand letter was sent to the owner of this property.

Dear LCI, What exactly have you demanded of the owner? Tell the people who have to pass this piece of crap every dang day!

The Building Department recently sent the property owner a Notice of Unsafe Structure and ordered the property owner to remove or remedy the violations. If the owner fails to take action, the Building official may order an emergency demolition of the structure if there is imminent danger to human life due to an unsafe condition.

LCI will share information as it becomes available. It may take a few more weeks before there is additional information.
